As part of her birthday celebrations yesterday, Margaret and her husband went downtown*. At Neiman Marcus Margaret decided to celebrate in style… …she tried on a 47,000 dollar necklace. Yep. $47,000, mere chump change (to someone, I’m sure, but not most of us). Margaret even asked if she could walk over to the windows to see [...] Sign on entrance to local hardware store. Sorry about the glare, not many options with a cellphone camera (first cellphone picture posted to the blog!).
I did not get a ride–free or otherwise. Happy 70th Birthday Margaret!!! Wedgwood is offering a limited edition Marshall Field’s plate. Here’s Field’s listing with a better picture.
