Egg-citing

For many, many years the White House has asked the states to send in decorations to represent them in the White House during Christmas. Apparently, I didn’t know this before, for just over a decade, they’ve done the same with Easter eggs.

Click here and then click on the picture of Mrs. Bush in front of the display to see the eggs from each state. They’ve got a wonderful collection of whimsical, pretty, artistic, humorous eggs and, well, they got Wyoming. Be sure to check out Wyoming’s egg. LOL! This Chicago Tribune article explains the egg-travagant mess. (If the link doesn’t work, go to the extended entry where I’ve inserted the full link.)

If nothing else, the White House State Eggs, are finally getting some attention…thanks to a crack up with Wyoming!

If that Tribune link doesn’t work, try pasting this into your browser <I broke it into multiple lines so the whole thing would display, make sure when you paste each line to remove any spaces>:

If that still doesn’t work, try this one.
