I couldn’t think of what word would be the opposite of yesterday’s subject “Printerless” and still have the correct context. For example, “Printable” isn’t the right context. So I coined my own phrase, “Non-Printerless.” Last night after I uploaded my post about the network and printer issues, I re-booted everything again and voila — it all [...] I can’t print anything. This is not good. I can’t even print my corporate quarterly tax liability reports…even if I do them online, I can’t print copies. This is not good. Somehow I don’t think the I.R.S. will take "I can’t print anything" as a reason for missing a tax deadline. Just like a teacher [...] Reggie escaped again tonight. Yes, again. He dug a hole under the gate and took off. I realized it was too quiet in the backyard and went out to investigate. He was no where to be seen or heard. I hopped in the car and eventually found him. I love Reggie, but one of these [...] I have an online-redeemable rebate form that I want to use when I make a purchase. Right underneath the amount of the rebate and my rebate code are the words: "EXPIRES OCTOBER 14, 2007" Now, I ask you, does that mean the rebate must be redeemed before October 14 or can be used through October 14? The [...] Tonight we watched the movie The Painted Veil. I wasn’t sure what to expect of the movie. I’d seen the trailer, which left the door open for it to be a good movie or a bad movie, but then I never heard any reviews or heard that anyone had seen the movie. It seemed to [...] Here are the things a mom says in a 24-hour period, but sung in 2:55 minutes to the William Tell Overture. Yes, I’ve heard many of these my from Mom, but I’m too old to have heard the "no texting at the table," "no more computer tonight," and "your iPod is my iPod if you [...] This is one of the funniest things I have ever read. It’s supposedly true, but I’ve never researched it. Whether it’s true or not…it is hysterical. (I should put it in the extended entry, but it deserves front-page attention.)
