Falling Back

It’s that day. It’s that day to change all the clocks in house. I always seem to have some sort of adventure when it comes to setting the clocks. There was the year I forgot and couldn’t figure out why the church service had progressed so far when I was only a few minutes late after talking to someone in the parking lot. There was the year I was on medication that I had to take every 6 hours and couldn’t lie down for 30 minutes after taking it; I took my time setting the clocks that night. There was the year I set the clocks the wrong direction…I got to set them all twice. Joy.

Well, this year I’ve done the stupid thing of setting them just past midnight. Brilliant! Setting the clocks back at midnight means any clock with the date also has to have the date set back a day. Where is my head? It could be worse…I could have set them all last week and had to it again this week.

Don’t forget to set your clocks if you live in the U.S. It’s autumn, so fall back! I’m sure you’ll do a better job than me!
