I’m a Mac-Head, what can I say? Truly sorry to hear that Steve Jobs died today. He’s changed the tools we use in our every day lives and touched so many of us with his innovations. I was up most of last night with a very sick Reggie. I finally got him to settle down by curling up with him on the couch…where we kind of-sort of really didn’t sleep. This morning he seemed a little better and the vet’s gave me some medication for him, but by mid-afternoon [...] A new book is causing a buzz in the U.K., and news is starting to trickle over the pond to the U.S. Sadly, the ever-accurate-ha-ha CBS has messed it up:

Yesterday I was 10 minutes shy of being part of a lock down at one of the biggest malls in the United States. Today…nothing, nada, zip. No almost-anything! I've gone from the zenith of almost-excitement to the drudges of actual-reality. Nobody almost-threatened me. Nobody practically-forced me. No maybe-gun sightings [...] |
